Due to the encrypted nature of this Service, you acknowledge that we have no ability or obligation to recover your data if you misplace your decryption password.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic and Canton of Basel, Swiss Confederation. All actions commenced pursuant hereto shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction residing in the Republic and Canton of Basel.
